-Toxic fear working culture: directors are always telling people how bad they are in their job, with no constructive feedback to make them improve. -Terrible management: 1) No clear guidelines. You might be working on something without knowing exactly what you need to do. Asking directors won't solve the issue cause they need to see final art before taking fundamental game decisions. 2) Constant contradictory feedback (without admiting the previous day they sent you in the opposite direction). Quite common to throw all the work to the trash every 6 months. 3) No times planification at all. Deadlines fall from the sky when there is literally no time left to hit them. 4) Delaying game releases over a year or more is perfectly common with this lack of organization. -No possibilities for career progression path: 1) Promotions are based on how much of a friend you are of the bosses 2) You never know if you are going to count with a raise or not that year because no one is tracking what you do. If you ask for a raise, the answer is either "no" or "no because we don't know how good you work". -Outdated working pipelines & methodologies, which makes you stay stagnant as a professional. -No room to add to the company: 1) If you try to give your opinion or advice, you will face the consequences. 2) All decisions in the studio are completely made by 2 people and they decide about all the existing departments. -Absolute lack of documentation and no intention to create it. Things are told to you through a Telegram message (even tasks most of the times) -Backstabbing is encouraged -People is blamed to go for a coffee in pairs or groups. You can only go on your own as talking is only allowed during a 15 minutes break in the whole 8 working hours. -Wider benefits (like medical insurance) are only available if you survive in there more than 2 years.
