Everyone at Saberr is passionate about helping teams work well together. They practice what they preach and use their own products internally. It's a great place to work, there's a lot of trust within the team, plenty of flexibility, everyone is keen to learn and your opinions are always listened to.

As a small and fairly new company there's occasionally some uncertainty and last minute changes to adapt to. Like in any start up, you need to be flexible in your role and be ready to help the rest of the team out.

Work, decisions, discussions are genuinely led by a clear purpose that people share (Helping people Work Well Together) People with very varied experiences are around to learn from. There is an openness in the product team for people to try new things. I never feel like I'm stepping on toes. Great friendly culture. Everybody likes to challenge ideas and figure out how to simplify what we're doing.

Only the usual downsides of a small company - everybody needs to do pitch in for the odd mundane task.
