Sales department itself: -Micromanagement: They use Salesforce to count calls, meetings, your own Calendar schedule, full surveillance. -Disrespect in front of the team to specific guy of the sales team. -Mandatory Daily meetings at 18h (or 8am in summer). more micromangmt -People is just surviving, not a real team. -Forget about the bonus, nobody reach it. -As there's no inbound, the hunter pression is very high, nobody tells during interview process. -Health insurance only at 60% payed, ticket restaurant only 2 days per week. -No pre-advise to leave, just in 5min you're fired.
