The company struggles with an alarmingly toxic work environment fueled by internal politics. There is a glaring absence of strong leadership within management, leading to inefficiency, poor decision-making, and low employee morale. Additionally, the organisation operates under a deeply entrenched nepotistic structure, where key positions are disproportionately occupied by people who actually have no idea what they are doing and close personal associates outside of the one MD (P.G). This favoritism not only stifles opportunities for deserving employees but also fosters a culture of bias and unprofessionalism, further exacerbating workplace dissatisfaction. No Hybrid working or WFH within the immi/ natty dept either. Even the constant little comments over people's grammar, or, oh, did this person write this? Slowly erodes morale and its a form of bullying which goes unchecked. The lack of professionalism is astounding, and the fact that in the Croydon office people were encouraged to drink excessive amounts and then get in their cars and drive home drunk is disgraceful. Its the only benefit of working within London now, people can't drive home drunk...
