It is the commute for me, but that is not really a con, just my personal limitation of not being able to move closer to work so reduce my commute time.

Some departments don’t abide by hybrid expectations, so your team may be there 9-5 three days per week while another team shows up once or twice a week for only a few hours.
Overly focused on AI while the stock still underperforms.
