Sabre was an incredibly fun place to work and interact with colleagues. Whilst you were afforded a certain level of autonomy, there was enough contact with/by your manager to still feel connected. Communication is there to be had across the globe and should you see fit to further this was generally reciprocated well. When a team was in full flight it truly is a site to behold Projects were diverse and there was always lots to keep you going and motivated should you choose

Which leads to the first con; it seemed too easy for some people to cruise along doing sfa whilst others had to pick up the slack! Also tends to be a bit of a 'clique' environment so if you are "in you're in" & if not you will always be on the outer which is a shame. Some Management have way too much over-site into areas which they do not directly control and thus I saw firsthand many times where there was undue noise and interference and a lot of wasted effort just so some elements could grandstand themselves. Disappointing as although known people did nothing about it. Many changes throughout the business resulted in of course multiple changes and as per the other mentioned point; if you "were in" you were safe and if not you could end up a causality due to incompetence and lack of due diligence from newly position/appointed Management. Too much power play and 'i am this' and 'you are that' so you must can and did spoil much project work and time as reasoning often went out the window - whether this was posturing, pure ego or something else ended up turning the simple into very draining
