1. Managements seems to be confused, no clear goals and directions in which they want to take company. Plan is drawn every year but not followed 2. Some people have been there for too long and they dont deserve to be there 3. Over promising by sales, marketing make life hell for the actual guys who are working 4. Not lot of scope to grow in terms of technical skill 5. Salaries are below market level and have to really coerce them with an offer from other company to get good hike or promotion
