The product is overpriced and management has always been a mess. There are no benefits, none at all. Even with or without sales, orders(commission) aren't completed until installed which may take months. This is a product that has about a 1-3 year shelf life unless they go B2B which the owner refuses to do, knowing its competitor is far ahead of the curve. People who have been "let go' didn't even get a 2 weeks notice, that's right, it doesn't matter how long you have been there, even the CEO gets replaced.
