Everything is a blame game. If something goes wrong, everyone is much quicker to find out whose fault it is and throw them under the bus than they are to make any attempt to fix it. Little to no training. The services we provide are poor by nature, no matter how good the technician, dispatcher, and customer service associates are. The company simply covers more area than they can ensure service to. Therefore, there are entire states where we cannot provide prompt service to, despite having customers there and charging them full-rate subscriptions. You will get yelled at by customers here, and it will completely be the company's fault.
