Strong leadership is always critical to a growing startup. The CEO is very transparent about short/ long term goals and always has your back. He is smart and very hardworking and that rubs off on every employee. Same goes for each LOB leader - everyone has a common goal and works together to make SafeGraph an amazing place to be. Also worth noting that everyone is customer-centric and will do anything it takes to make a customer/ prospective client happy. Lastly, culture is everything. Since the inception of SafeGraph, everyone has bought into the company culture and mission. The team makes sure to address personal concerns, inclusion, diversity, etc. Everyone is like-minded but brings something unique and interesting to the table - creating a collaborative culture where everyone has an opportunity to speak up.
