Working at the Brussels office: Workload is very fine, allowing for a good job-life balance. International atmosphere and rather young team.

Svantaggi

Top management shows no real will to invest in human aspects/Team Building. This is demonstrated by the very high turnover of juniors. No mentoring (or close). General lack of commitment from employees due to the above mentioned points.

Vantaggi

Great projects and increasingly interesting methods and approaches. Colleagues make it all worth it. The upside of absentee management is that you get to own your projects, get to know your clients well and learn a lot on the job.

Svantaggi

The subsidiary is routinely marginalized by the parent company, management, few upward mobility opportunities and therefore high turnover, poor workload management.

there are no organization at all, it is running by default and soon will fall down. unstable company with no job security.

the decision is made with no planing or any considerations to employees, compensations are not suitable to the nature of encountered job hazards/challenges
