Nothing but pros. Really am enjoying my journey so far, with some great guidance and shared knowledge from my TSM (Paul). Also, the rest of the team (Gavin, Stephen and Tash). Whether it has been talking me through the sales framework and doing coaching sessions or helping me with the actual contract side of things! I couldn’t have asked for more support on my journey so far and am already looking forward to getting stuck in at Gateshead with the team there who I’m sure will continue the support! I’m feeling confident going in, and with an open mind.
