Literally everything else. Management is miserable at best. You will always be thrown under the bus to make clients happy even when you do your job correctly. Be prepared to work on things with no information because the "client" isn't a client. Get ready to do things that aren't supported or even in the scope of your work because the client wants it done and client satisfaction is the only thing that matters. You will never understand was work is billable or not because this changes constantly. The covid response was lackluster and never stood in the way of rushing to client site or their house. Management decided to get everyone back in the office just to find out that some of the employees were in contact with people who had tested positive in a failed attempt to maintain the companies culture. If you work here, listen to the stories from the techs that have worked there for a while. Any tech that has worked there for 2 years has realized how stuck they are due to the non compete that you sign before you realize what you are getting yourself into. Need to escalate a ticket? Good luck roping the single knowledgeable resource into it as they are far too busy doing everyone else's job on top of their own. Good luck moving anywhere within the company. Pay is less than competitive.
