      I have been at Safety Net for 10 years. Its a great company. The leadership team is fair and supportive. The work environment is positive and the team works well together.

      IT can be stressful. If you like to do the same tasks everyday or like downtime, this probably isn't a good fit.

      My experience working at Safety Net has been that my teammates and managers are real people that care about each other and want to help me grow professionally and personally. I find the work challenging but I've learned a ton in a short period of time.

      Staffing levels have added additional workload to the team, but everyone tends to jump in and help during those times to get us through.
