There is no shadowing from supervisor to help you learn how the role works, instead they will dump you off while they go for smokebreaks, or "reports" and you will maybe see them for 1 hour. Employee Culture is basically soulless corporate jargon with cliques of gossiping mean girls or passive aggressive manchildren Health and Safety is treated like a burden when the customer/inspectors are looking, otherwise 5 second rule has been observed among senior staff. Staff in charge of initial hiring and interviewing are not very professional, very passive aggressive and basically is just there to check boxes and push you along instead of properly getting you setup, will rudely berate you for asking questions.
