Lots of corporate interference. Sometimes they treat you like you don't have a clue. But now days they pretty much line everything out for you so you don't need to be a thinker. That is unfortunate because now all they basically draw for employees are students or ex walmart workers. Benefits and salaries are slipping. YOu must join Union also.
