An extremely toxic workplace environment. The CEO is incredibly unprofessional, from his LinkedIn posts, to his mocking of former employees in company wide meetings. The leadership at this company is a huge disservice to the talented designers that work there. HR are not to be trusted with confidential information, and when you do ask them to relay feedback to the CEO and Leadership - they don’t.
