We appreciate your reference to Safran’s competitive compensation and benefits package. In reference to your comment about valuing our team members, we have worked very hard during an incredibly difficult year to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, communicate extensively about the state of our business, and where possible, encouraged and promoted remote and flexible work schedules, all in the interests of our employees and their families. Our business was greatly impacted as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. This required us to quickly adjust our business model, and unfortunately our headcount, in order to remain viable and competitive for the future. We truly believe that employees are our most valuable asset and strive to make our operation a great place to work, designing and manufacturing high quality seats for airlines. The outlook for our business and future continues to improve as the commercial airline industry rebounds from the initial effects of the pandemic.
