Women are constantly spoken to badly, yelled at unprofessional. It is from Al levels of men in the company. Only two or three women are excluded from the behavior. It seems to be accepted, not by European headquarters but by all levels in the United States. It is just the way the company operates you are spoken to very rudely publicly and it is just the business culture of this company. Everyone knows and its just the way it is. If you do not want to be embarrassed you just stay quiet at all times. Don’t say anything if you like to keep the job

Many learning opportunities for troubleshooting different types of avian generator control units. Opportunities to work with a variety of engineering departments including production, test, quality, and industrialization. Occasional overtime opportunities.

Svantaggi

High stress due to production deadlines, especially at the end of month. Miscommunications due to constant reprioritizing of needs. Difficult to move from short term (1 year+ only) contracts to full time positions.
