      It’s not what you know to progress, it’s who you know. Poor commission structure. Very low salaries. Scrutinise every single phone call. Pull you into HR for any petty reason. Racist staff and managers turn blind eye. Homophobic staff and managers turn blind eye. Bullying. If you want to go back to school, work here.
