Excellent work place for those who loves integrating electronics and software or embedded engineers.

No value for core software engineer, they are insulted.

Great learning experience. Vast topics to learn; Even tasks out of your job role. Superiors encourage learning and problem solving. Few colleagues are great teammates. Office transport (limited range)

You're Engineer by graduation, but here everyone is a labor. Superiors will always dominate you. Fixed login time; encouraged daily shift extensions (unpaid). Mech department can forget there's office transport because of 12+ hrs of daily shift. Management does not care how far you live. HR will keep bossing around. You'll need to beg for your own leave application. You'll be asked to report to work on 7th day (weekend) with no hesitation.
