You are micromanaged, called in for meeting with your manager to dwell on accounts or #'s (revenue, or dials) to only realize you're getting paid only 2% of everything if, and only if you hit 100% of quota that month. Let me paraphrase after you're commission is taxed to high heavens, you might be able to Super-size it!

Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
