Thank you for your feedback. We are pleased to know that you felt Sage was a good start to your career but also, we are sorry you did not have a more fulfilling experience. We have enforced team agreements all across the business and these bring to life our hybrid working framework by requiring our colleagues to go into the office 2-3 days a week for two reasons, collaboration and the promotion of their social wellbeing. If our paths are to cross again, we hope that you will find a greater difference in the spirit of colleague collaboration here. Also, for mentorship and other personal development needs, we now have our Talent Marketplace in full gear giving colleagues the support they need to thrive. Once again, thanks for taking the time to leave us your feedback. We wish you all the best in the next chapter of your career!

Vantaggi

was hired as remote and get to have that honored, but have been openly told no career progression because of remote status. decent pay

Svantaggi

Leadership instability: Seven manager changes during my relatively short tenure. Unrealistic targets: A sales quota set at 1,100% growth (not a typo). Slow product development: Getting anything actioned on the product side takes far too long. Product management turnover: Three product manager changes, resulting in no meaningful deliverables in over three years. Misaligned hiring priorities: Greater emphasis on DEI optics than on hiring people positioned to drive growth. Internal vs. customer focus: More energy spent on internal events than on product enhancements. Lack of accountability (the biggest issue): No one takes ownership. Responsibility gets passed around constantly — for example, client cancellations going unprocessed because they impact someone's numbers. Managers have openly encouraged pushing the work onto someone else rather than handling it.
