There are no pros to this job. They will list a lot but by the second week of training everything goes down the drain

Lied to from the beginning, extremely low pay, non caring leaders who don't look out for their employees. No room for growth. They tell you there is but as soon as you begin to show interest or apply magical issues arise. Not only that but they will have you do the job with the promise of giving you the position then backtrack and don't remember. Schedules change without notification or reason as to why.

Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
