      There is good support from your team leaders. But only them.

      The pay dont match the job. Raises are an insult. First year I got 11 cents, second was 12. They dont value their employees or appreciate what effort they put into the job. They lie to the advocates. Make promises they dont keep. My niece died and I had to fight and threaten to quit so I could have the time off for her service without penalty. They just simply don't care

      Ability to be remote in the comfort of my home and the great team I had that will be lifelong friends.

      1. The $5000 end of contract bonus that was promised to us at completion of our contract, never was given to us. 2. Contract ended a month & a half before it was supposed to. 3. Micromanagement is unbelievable especially with the two Ai systems they’re going to incorporate - very invasive in my home. Don’t like that at all. 4. We were always given the runaround when we asked about the bonus, metrics, etc. - no one could ever give us a straight forward answer.
