The working environment was good

There was too much overtime

I am getting a lot of opportunity to learn at the organizations. Seniors are helpful in my department at least. Working in many different projects at very beginning of my career. A good experience in that sense.

No formal processes or procedures. No formal training. Was on work from the day 1. No formal intorduction to the team, neither any documents are available to understand the process. Lots of expectations from the very first day at the job
