i really don’t have any cons

Generally friendly atmosphere. Decent vacation and PTO. Some fun firm activities (bowling, in-firm "cook-offs" and luncheons). The attorneys are great and mostly supportive. Assistants help each other when needed. Beautiful office space. Some flexibility in working hours.

New management has definitely changed how people feel about the firm and it is continuing to change in that direction. It is not a "family-like" atmosphere anymore and there is no feeling of an "open door" policy like there used to be. Low pay for the industry with a cap for assistants and only the possibility of up to a 2% raise each year. Insurance goes up every year at almost 3% so do the math. Morale has been declining for the past few years.
