      I could post a laundry list of pros for working at SailPoint but I will keep it succinct and direct: incredible leadership team, true cultural values that are displayed daily by the entire company, a best-in-breed product, incredible innovation and real world problems solved for our customers.

      There really aren't many. With a company growing as fast as we are, there are inevitable communication gaps that can arise, but we always find our way through these.
