Non-judgmental culture where people on your team, and across departments all the way up to upper management, just want to see you succeed. Work-life balance is off the hook. They put these values behind a great product and as a result get the best and most innovative work.

I agree that with the complexity of the products there can be a steep learning curve. But - this is as good as it gets for a con as everyone who has done it before is super understanding and helpful!
