The reason for 1 star overall rating is the micromanagement, preferential treatment, disregard of and disrespect to employees, and the corporate infection that killed the previously collaborative environment where employees were treated like adults. Career advancement path has been abolished and seemingly random promotions prevail, despite lack of qualifications. Generally, you must be in a clique.
