Sailpoint is committed to providing the best product in the marketplace. Sailpoint continues to grow in size in the marketplace, customer base, and so the demand has grown.

      The growth is taking a toll on its employees as some employees are starting to burn out. There is a growing emphasis on 'metrics'. This seems to be a big influence by the large investment and swap from Thoma Bravo.
