Leadership is where this place falls apart. There’s a culture of control masked as structure. Instead of empowerment, some managers operate with micromanagement, dismissiveness, and retaliation. You’re expected to speak up, but when you do, you’re gaslit or ignored. It creates a hostile environment where even vendors notice the dysfunction and hesitate to engage. The issue isn’t about accountability—it’s about consistency, fairness, and emotional intelligence. I’ve experienced being singled out, spoken to in condescending tones, and had my integrity questioned for asking clarifying questions. Communication is often reactive, inconsistent, and occasionally aggressive in tone. This is not a one-time incident—it’s a pattern. No clear timelines are provided for deliverables, yet you’re publicly questioned or called out for not having things ordered that weren’t even communicated clearly. Expectations shift without warning, but no ownership is taken at the leadership level.
