There are/were good people here-smart, committed, and doing their best under pressure. The concept behind the product has some potential, and you'll gain exposure to fast moving startup dynamics. If you're early in your career, you'll learn a lot-about resilience, boundaries, and what to look for (and avoid) in future leadership.

That instinct (to control perception at all costs) is not just a Glassdoor issue. It's embedded in the culture. Micromanagement runs deep, and autonomy is a mirage.
