(including lack of communication, lack of interest in their newly acquired employees, lack of respect, empty promises and more). - they do not take into account the importance of membership the resorts have in their 3 FL properties. - service positions will probably be ok at their resorts (housekeeping, front desk etc), professional positions should beware: they talk a good game and have really ruined all their resorts in Florida.
