- guests are allowed to do anything they want and treat employees poorly w/o consequences (in fact they get rewarded w free stuff if they complain enough) - inflexible on scheduling - uncomfortable, cheap uniforms - breaks are a rarity - management and executives are straight up disrespectful to employees - HR is ineffective - 5 star service is all about appearances for the guest but they will cut any and all corners to save a buck - constantly understaffed - departments fight over supplies bc management is too cheap to buy enough for everyone - parking situation is so bad you have to park in a muddy field every weekend to accommodate all the guests
