Great teammates, very flexible schedule, teamwork environment while working remotely

Good, smart people and lead exec is very loyal. Good work is rewarded and many opportunities to try new things.

There is a great deal of focus but the target keeps moving which disrupts growth. Poor direction for what actions will most impactful. There are certainly favorites that benefit more than others.
