I was a contractor so did not have benefits. Few opportunities to move up in the company because it is still relatively small, but a great opportunity to help it grow!

I have been working here as a SEO analyst since January 2015 and I like it very much. They always give me the flexibility to work and learn at my own pace and the communication in the office is really good. I have learnt very useful SEO practice.

I can not think of any. It may not be a good choice for people who want to work super busy every day in a hierarchical office.
