- Great benefits - Leadership truly cares, listens, and takes action (not just talk) - The org is big into investing in your personal growth - Motivated, funny, smart team members - The organization really prioritizes diversity, inclusion, and equity, which is a HUGE win in my eyes! - I feel valued for my work and efforts (this is also VERY important for me) - You are really encouraged to be creative and most importantly, to be yourself - There is no glass ceiling here! The sky is the limit if you put your heart into it, you're invested in the organization, and you want growth

- Some small growing pains being a quickly expanding startup but everyone is aware of these and making strides to resolve these before we get too large But truly, this is one of the best organizations I've worked for.

Fun work environment at first.

- Severely underpaid - Promised raises never given year after year - Cult like environment - CEO brags about how much the company is profiting - yet can never meet the promised raises - tries to make up for this by taking you on an expensive summer trip - I would have rather put the cost of that towards my bills - Over worked - Felt very clicky - No opportunity for growth
