Vantaggi

I feel the culture here is super output-driven, which keeps u on your toes but definitely builds your skills… Over the past year or so I've worked on actual automation projects and AI integrations, which is a refreshing change from the usual SaaS maintenance grind that I get to hear from elsewhere. If you want to try out a new tool or approach to get something done faster, company is usually supportive rather than blocking you.

Svantaggi

Expectations have gone up noticeably and there's more scrutiny on performance than before. It's created a bit of an uncertain atmosphere, people are more cautious. Not a deal breaker but worth knowing before you join.

Vantaggi

Good place if you have no life outside of work, enjoy working 14+ hours a day, and don't mind being blamed for problems you didn't create.

Svantaggi

One of the most toxic work environments I've experienced. The company is severely understaffed yet expects junior employees to handle impossible workloads with no training or knowledge transfer. Internal politics and blame-shifting are everywhere. Credit for work is often taken by others, while mistakes are pushed onto whoever is most convenient. People just to protect their skins rather taking accountability and managing things in a better way. Work-life balance is nonexistent. Working from morning until midnight was treated as normal, weekends disappeared, and burnout was seen as "your lack of handling pressure". The culture is built on fear, public criticism, and scapegoating. Poor planning, unrealistic timelines, and management failures are blamed on individuals, especially newer employees. I eventually became one of those scapegoats.
