Great if you are inexperienced, or just recently graduated. They take in a lot of first-time entry level employees and give them a chance that other companies don't. Great for getting axperience towards jobs at better companies.

There is a major age gap between management and employees because most employees leave for a better company as soon as they get enough experience. There is a major lack of communication between departments so no one knows who is responsible for what. Management is weak because they were given their position because they didn't quit and stuck with the company. As such there is a lack of accountability so departments don't keep up with their responibilities because they won't be held accountable for them.
