Systems are antiquated, upper management has no concept of current processes and has unrealistic expectation of what can be accomplished in what time frame, they went through a pretty big layoff and then turned around and posted some of those same jobs, lots of turnover because there are better opportunities elsewhere. The executive team changes its mind and changes it again making double and triple work. Leaders are too busy either to lead or manage, communication is haphazard. The only reward for good work is more work. They will use you up and spit you out.
