      As a manager upper management is unmonitored and can easily harrass and degrade and turn your employees against you, taking away your authority. Vendictive DM's and TM's can make your job impossible to do, leaving you with no further room for advancement in the company.

      Loved working around beauty products.

      Upper management and pay are horrible. Liked most co workers but some extremely lazy. Hair color training is lacking and the only thing they care about is sales, not a care if you mess someone’s hair up.
