Salsify expects you to perform your job year over year without giving any sort of compensation increase. There was/is no formal structure for reviews and receiving compensation increases aside from the completely half-baked goal setting" rolled out by the PX team which pushes all the work of career development onto the employee without actually providing structure for achieving raises. If you work for Salsify you will only do so for a year or two before inevitably needing to jump ship to prevent yourself from being paid less than you were when hired. The fact that Salsify has managed to hire HR headcount to respond to glassdoor reviews rather than give pay increases to the employees who run the business says everything you need to know.
