Solid sales leadership, SEs, CSM & renewal org. The product is solid and they have a great customer base

New CEO whose priority seems to be less about the ppl and more about stripping down the org to be sold. It’s also a product lead company who don’t pay their sales teams adequately or on par with other like companies
