- Remote position - I love that I get to work from the comfort of my home. And its nice that sometimes I get to go to the office if I feel like it, they offer this option as well.
- Good pay - The pay is good, and I have liked that there is room for growth (obviously based on performance) and with growth comes salary raises as well.
- Humanity - One of the things that got be hooked to work at Salvatech is the recruitment process. I loved the way they handled the recruitment process with me. Elena and Isabella were very on top of my selection process, were constantly following up and making sure I got a position in the area of my interest.
- Interview Prep - I love that they put an effort in interview preps before going into an interview with the client. Salvatech staff helped me through the process, prepared me and suggested a lot of tips, and I think I actually got the job with my current account because of this interview prep.
- The people - I love my co-workers. We have a lot of fun working together and we have actually created a friendship outside from work.

Not really a con, but they could be better at organizing onsite events. I would love to meet other employees as well.
