Where do I start? Pay is not terrible, but definitely on the lower end. Benefits - inexpensive premiums, but the coverage is pretty bad. They position themselves as a progressive company, open to feedback. But really all they want is their own ideas and feedback. If you're too honest with sharing your thoughts, better expect that they'll can you. They micromanage and focus on the wrong things - I felt like I was under constant pressure, but mainly for internal things. They claim they'll help and provide support, but that never happened. There are constant (serious) issues with their products, to the point of being overwhelming; they put band-aids on the issues, and they're unwilling to listen to feedback on what truly needs to happen. They have highly unrealistic expectations of pretty much all their teams. An example of the unprofessional behavior that occurs fairly regularly - a senior leader berated someone in front of the whole group for probably 15-20 minutes. I could give lots of other examples, but what started as a great opportunity devolved over time into a place of constant stress and little to no support from leadership.
