The product, the brand, and the company mission are second to none. I can't say enough good things about the authenticity of the company mission, it is founded on the idea of delivering sustainable/healthy food and doing it in a way that also helps the Brazilian Amazon, where the product comes from. And in addition, the products are delicious.

The best way I can describe the company culture is "tired." There is not a sense of appreciation for the employees and its palpable within the company walls. People are there truly because of their love for what the company produces and its ecological efforts because its definitely not for any employee perks or for the salaries. Both are sub-par. Tons of turnover, including at the executive level.
