The people & tech driven strategies discussed both initially and later both witnessed from a front row seat viewpoint & eventually got to actually see that speaking words with weight… the promises made were promises kept, is awesome. To hear about (in an interview) the pros in interviews, then to join the co. & be able to watch & then participate in pushing the needle forward through industry landmark implementations of technology, from the office to the jobsite (AI in the field/Drone’s, etc) makes me proud and Samet stellar in their transparency from Day 1.

Not really anything notable- timeframe wasn’t bad, fairly typical but when you really want something even a day past that generic 1 to 2 wk. threshold can become nerve racking

If you get your work done, you can work whatever hours you want. At some point, you will be assigned a cool project. Good career opportunity.

You are just a number here. They fired an employee of 30 years because they were eliminating positions that fed off overhead. Took them 7 years to tell an employee that they are meant for a different department, and when they declined to transfer, he was fired. Upper Management is cliquey, biased and makes emotional decisions that do not benefit the company or workplace. Favorite employees in the clique get unfair treatment. Project Bonuses are no longer a thing. The VP of construction is brilliant but inappropriate. They incorrectly leverage behavioral tests to try to decide your career path for you, when in fact, the test results are really meant to advise on how the individual should be managed and communicated with. Constantly losing subcontractors. They put managers in positions of leadership. They provide employees with the cheapest possible PPE & Equipment (ironic since safety is a "core value". Its a large management company who cant even manage to: keep printers functional, keep their best workers, keep their employee's happy, terminations clean, employees engaged in extracurricular activities, or execute their core values.
