I was back in town and just ate at the restaurant and cannot believe how far you guys have come. I did respite and job coaching for this company when they first opened. Wow. The owner is really nice and always stepped in and helped. It was great to watch the coaches and remember the stuff we were doing at the other businesses in downtown. I'm going to tell my friends who do respite to contact you all -

The residential program has grown significantly each year along with the rest of the agency. We are always looking for great respite staff - thank you in advance for the referrals!
Sample Supports expects a lot from staff but provides little support in return. Pay is low for the level of stress and responsibility, and management often lacks communication and consistency. Burnout is common and turnover is high.
