      I worked for Samples for 2 years as a Behavior Specialist. With covid we were able to do virtual sessions for people with special needs. I also went into their homes and worked with people in the community. This job is always interesting and I got experience working with a diverse group of people.

      The stressors are billable hour expectations, but I think that comes with any job like this.

      Sample Supports expects a lot from staff but provides little support in return. Pay is low for the level of stress and responsibility, and management often lacks communication and consistency. Burnout is common and turnover is high.
